The Challenge: After acquiring a new warehouse facility spanning over 100,000 square feet, Motive Components required a full transformation of the space to meet their operational needs. This included refurbishing the existing offices, constructing new technical spaces, and relocating stock from two smaller warehouses into the new centralised facility.
